An Analytical Approach to Assess the Influence of Expert Panel Answer on Decision Making: The Case of Sustainable Land Use in Ribadavia Banda Norte, Salta (Argentina)

Many of the techniques for making decisions, including land use, depend on weight assigned each criterion. These criteria can be based a panel experts’ opinions, who assess certain decisions’ influence final objectives. opinions should contrasted to decide if they are used or select ones achieve an internal coherence. In this study, we evaluate responses provided by expert in context future environmental management agroforestry territory Salta Province (Argentina). The experts belong different entities studied area, such as Universities, Research Centers, Administrative Authorities, Associations, and non-governmental organizations. They evaluated five productive techniques’ 31 related environmental, social, economic consequences. Kendall’s Tau correlation coefficient between pair is proposed measure rate agreement among answers. From these coefficients, concordance matrix generated. Based matrix, dendrograms created group experts. case results show two with high discordance rate, while other three have higher panelists. multicriteria decision about use evaluated.
